Crossroads Streetscape Master Plan - this is a crowdsourced streetscape plan

Introduction

The Crossroads was a derelict industrial neighborhood and before the buildings feel into complete disrepair, the artists moved in.  Landlords kept decent roofs over their heads and provided low-rents that allowed a vibrant arts culture to flourish.  As the neighborhood becomes more populated and buildings are renovated and repurposed, it's critically important to maintain the character of the original streetscape.  This plan documents the current conditions.  Feel free to add references and maps to this plan.

Expand on the idea that streetscape is a platform for civic engagement, economic development, and interaction and innovation.
